The 9th of July is a date probably already marked in the calendar of most ‘Twilight’ fans. It marks the release of ‘Eclipse’, the third film from the ‘Twilight’ series and offers what some fans consider to be the highest point of the story.
The love it or hate it franchise is taking the world by storm and I’m not going to lie, I’m a fan.
Directed by David Slade (Hard Candy, 30 Days of Night), ‘Eclipse’ sees the Cullen Coven and the Quileute Wolf pack team up to face an army of newborn vampires.
To mark the release of ‘Eclipse’ we are running a competition to win some CD’s including the brand new soundtrack. Even if you aren’t a fan of the ‘Tween’ drama, the film series has sported some excellent soundtracks and with the track listing of the latest album, I expect the same high quality from this.
Up for grabs are:
- The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack): Featuring songs from Florence + the Machine, the Bravery, the Black Keys and Muse.
- B.o.B: The Adventures of Bobby Ray: The recently released album from this 21 year old rapper who has already collaborated with Eminem, T.I, Lupe Fiasco and Hayley Williams.
- Iyaz: Replay: 2009 R&B album from the young artist who made it through a discovery on MySpace.
To win these prizes simply answer the following:
Which band has ‘Twilight’ author Stephanie Meyer repeatedly cited as being one of the main sources of inspiration for the novels??
Email your answer to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Twilight Competition’ to be in with a chance to win some great music. Closing date for entries is June 21st.
Thanks for reading & good luck.
I know the answer. I am ashamed of myself…
I know it’s Muse. I’m tempted not to answer, because I think the Twilight “saga” is appallingly badly written, but I would like the soundtrack to Eclipse, Muse’s song on it is very good.
