6Duke Special Gig
Duke Special played Greystones Theatre last night with support from Queer Giraffes (I kid you not). Stripped of his band, Duke is as energetic and inventive as ever. With beautiful, thoughtful, irreverent and quirky songs, Duke’s show is a mixed bag, but always quality. Come back soon for a full review of the gig. Here’s a couple of pictures taken last night:
Men with dreadlocks just do nothing for me, and then eye liner. EUGH. Sings nice though, which I suppose is the main thing.
@Voodoo Guess I better get a haircut and wash my face before we meet…
Well, washing is always helpful, the haircut is optional.
Grr. Argh and fliberdigibit. Im so annoyed that I missed this.

i make a party so good.
i bet your ragin you didn’t invite me now.
Only discovered this blog via Grandad at headrambles.com Duke Special does a great show – his gig at the Olympia with three support acts last autumn was a great night out for twenty quid
