meet the internet…

i dont care sooooo much for computers. i use it. i like it. but like anything in life. it is only ever a part of mine. when i was 6 i wanted to play for arsenal. now i dont buy football boots anymore. but thats a different story. i like football. if i miss a game it doesnt matter anymore. i dont fall out with people if they support liverpool… i probably should but i dont

Now i’ve grown up i look older. I like computers. I know people who still like liverpool. My first computer was bbc. it cost 60 pounds. I wrote my own programmes. In hindsight it was brutal. But it made me smile. I eventually chucked it out and played football again. But life changes. People change. Priorities change. I find through all of that I haven’t really. What I do in life and how I do it may have. But, after the work is done and the bills are paid… life is still lived and I love every second of it. I really do.

The webblog stuff has allowed me to meet loads of people. Some very nice people. Some amazing friends. Some people are not very nice. Thats just life. My best friend is married. He met his partner of 14 years in a nightclub. He never had a computer. I have another friend. He loves computers. He met his wife to be through a computer. He never really liked night clubs.

I’m not too sure to be honest what exactly my point or methodoly of making it is… but i think i’ve learned that whether it’s in a nightclub, the girl in the coffee shop or buying a three pin plug… eventually everything comes down to people and life. It comes down to manners, respect and living a life with other people in it. I remember when i was younger - a chap i knew said my whole life was a joke. It wasn’t nice. It hurt at the time. I was probably 7 or 8. I dont remember this because it upset me or i wanted to go on the Oprah Winfrey show… I remember because he was always ‘not nice’.

Being really honest I feel you can change, rearrange and reinvent all manners of meeting people… You can have freinds for life that you met at a bus stop for all i know. I also know how I was reared and I know the person I try to be. To the good friends in my life, to the people I have had the honour to meet… I thank you. If you are unsure what the point is just watch the two videos simultaneously and smile
