To be honest, I haven’t a clue if any of these are real or just April Fools jokes that I’ve trawled in from the net. But, here goes anyway:
- Apparently, Brad and Angelina have tied the knot. Meh, even if it is real, who cares?
- Seemingly, Sasha Baron Whatshisface has got Chris Martin and Bono to record a song for his new movie, Bruno, where they take the piss out of their own charity efforts. Sting and Madonna may be adding their vocals to Dove of Peace too.
- Taye Diggs and the so-hot-I-want-to-take-her-home Idina Menzel are expecting their first child. Yay!
- And Buffy/Angel stars Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have just welcomed their new baby into the world. Aww!
The excellent Paul Bettany is currently in talks to star as a vampire slaying priest in the horror western, Priest. There’s stranger films been made…I think.
- When Disney first announced that they would be rereleasing Beauty and the Beast in Digital 3D, I was very skeptical. But in a recent preview of the technique used to ‘enhance’ the movie, reviews were good. I remain apprehensive.
- In other 3D news, it seems Burton’s Alice in Wonderland will be released in IMAX 3D as well as in regular 2D format.
- The sequel to JJ Abrahms’ not-yet-released Star Trek update has already been greenlit.
- And seeing as it’s April Fools Day, did anyone see the 1986 classic? I loved this movie:

I realise now that just becuase Willow is Gay doesn’t necessarily mean that Alyson Hannigan is. Weird.
