Never saw Paris, J’Taime but this certainly has piqued my interest. Hugely impressive cast, for sure!

  2. Niamh says:

Looking forward to seeing how they do this and if they will more or less copy the styles of Paris JeT’Aime or do something completely different - so many famous faces in there though!

  3. Arnie says:

Hard to imagine who could ever love New York, though. It’s just about the most depressing big city on the planet.

Haven’t seen Paris, J’taime yet but its on my wish list. This also looks prety good.

Although it seems like only the most well known cities are going to be covered. Sure Paris and New York are iconic but what next, London?

How about making Los Angeles, I hate you?

Or Is Maith Lóm mBalle Athá Clithé? That one i’d definetly see! Think of loads of compitent hollywood actors pulling off average irish accents as well as all the irish actors known around the world walking around the cities land marks.

Just imagine Colin Farrel having a quarel on Moore Street. Or Dylan Moran being all quixotic and nihilistic in café in Ranelagh?

Or Liam Neeson arguing with a ticket desk person in Connolly desperate to get back up north?

Or Gabriel Byrne as a depressed Garda Detective looking at a gunned down Drug Dealer in the middle of the IFSC.

How about Colm Meany robbing the Halifax on Stephens green?

Or Kevin Spacey being Crucified on a pool table on the Northside for his role in Ordinary Decent Criminal, what an awful movie!

Or should it be Tom Cruise for Far and Away?

Ooooh and don’t forget having Brad Pitt re-kindling his pikie accent for a halting site in Dalkey and a clash with Pat Kenney or something!

@hugo Sounds like a brilliant movie! I’d like to see that! :-)

I’m thinking they’ll do it in the same style with lots of mini-stories. Really looking forward to it.
