Flashmob in Dundrum Town Centre last Saturday, August 15

Yes, it’s more of the same but sure fair play to them for giving it a go - some really good dancing there! Ignore the advertising at the end ;)

(Thanks Ronan!)

Exhausting! :) But if there were no cameras present would it still have happened? Trees, falling, forests…

Hah! Fair play to the old codger who sat on his bench in the middle of it all.

Wow, and most of us think it’s a temple to our former decidant ways and sign of how mad this country went.

And there’s the kids actively not being pawns of consumerism…….oh wait, it was an ad for a teencentric radio station that mainly the southside listen to, now i get it.

God i hate that place. It ruined what used to be a nice village on my bus ride home. Whatever happened to Wally Wabbits and the Rollerdome! FOR SHAME!

And don’t forget the super crazy prices, that place was huge!

Ha, what fun! Who are they?

  5. Peter says:

I still get a big buzz out of these sort of things.

    There weren’t enough of them.

    Do better people.

Flashmobs: “The term is generally not applied to events organized by public relations firms or as publicity stunts.”

    Fail.

While normally I prefer my flashmob action to stay firmly away from advertising stuff, I am glad Spin said what categories they’re top in, rather then the usual FM104/98 yearly “we won” shite, without breaking down exactly WHERE they won, etc.

I’m arguing a different issue here, I know… but it still annoys me :P
