This one almost slipped by me…. Yip, I met David and Karl from Emerald Circus at the smithfield gig last week.
Two really cool guys being really honest. And it was amazing to see the kids at the smithfield event watching in amazement at what the guys could do. It was even better when the youngsters [and some of the more corageous adults ] decided to give it a go. Its also ‘a little further removed from a sofa and a pile of computer games’ one parent nodded to me…. fair point For a guy who used to entertain himself climbing trees… I can’t really argue with that! Check this out….

Aye I see that…
Was working with the Emerald Circus this year at the SPWC and as you say, really sound. The reaction of the children was fantastic and some of them are really skilled. Expecting to see a lot more of (and work with) these guys at events in the future
This looks great. Are they running an adult workshop???!!!
@darragh
i’m guessing the emerald circus lads are doing the workshop in wolfe tone square?
@louise
as far as i could see at smithfield the adults were having a go at it as much as the kids - but - from what i saw the kids picked it up better great to watch and as darragh reiterated - really nice guys
