November 26th

Yes at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin.

Yes is my favorite band and they are touring Europe but with Oliver Wakeman replacing his father Rick Wakeman on keyboards and Benoit David who is still filling in for Jon Anderson on vocals. I saw this lineup play a year ago, they played very well even though Rick and Jon were surely missed. Steve Howe, a legend on the guitar, Chris Squire on bass, and Alan White on drums complete the lineup. Here is their website: http://www.yesworld.com/

This is a recent concert with the song ‘Heart of the Sunrise’, I love the intro into the song, unfortunately it is cut off before the end, but gives a great look at their sound and musicianship.

November 27th & 28th

Bell X1 at the Olympia Theatre.

I just had a listen to some of their music at http://www.myspace.com/bellx1.

Here is a live performance of ‘How your heart is wired’:
