It could be the new Pirates of the Carribean. I’m not much of a Jake Gyllenhaal fan (I prefer his sister), but Disney’s Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time looks damn cool:
It’s released at the end of May. What do you think? Blockbuster or flop?

Looks like a very silly, but fun two hours (or whatever) of entertainment. And yeah, i think Disney are hoping for another POTC-type franchise. I say it will be a blockbuster, if not a work of subtly and depth. Have to say Jake C’s English accent is good, if a bizzare choice for the film?!? (then again his normal or an awful mock-Persian accent would have been worse).
Seeing that it is based on a video game was not expecting much but the preview I saw in the theatre was pretty good, I’m a Gyllenhaal fan, will prob go see it on the big screen.
Flop.
Or more like Plop and a splosh.
