I am a long time fan of the brilliant Irish singer/songwriter, Cathy Davey. Her second album, Tales of Silversleeve is one of my favourite albums and the very catchy Sing For You Supper and Reuben are often found bouncing around my head. Davey’s third album, The Nameless, will be released on May 7th and the first single from the album is Little Red. Check out Cathy’s MySpace page to hear it.

To coincide with The Nameless, Cathy will be performing at the Olympia Theatre Dublin, Friday 14th May as part of a full Irish Tour. This special Olympia show will be her first Dublin show in 16 months where she will showcase some never before heard songs from her new album along with all the favourites. Tickets are from €26 including booking fee and are on sale now from Ticketmaster.

    Went to see her in the Wexford arts centre a few weeks back would love an excuse to go see her up in dublin. Please please please pretty please. Begging can never be done gracefully :)
