Propaganda: Battle of the Radio Stations

PropogandaHere’s a fun event for your Saturday night, where you can see TodayFM’s Pamela Halton and Ed Smith and Phantom’s Michelle Doherty and Derek Ryan have a battle of the DJs in The Academy, Dublin.

Over 10,000 people attend Propaganda club nights across the UK and Ireland every week and Propaganda plan to bring its very special audio-visual indie extravaganza to Dublin with some of the world’s biggest guest DJs. We can expect to hear all the best new and classic indie music from the likes of MGMT, The Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, Bloc Party, La Roux, The Kaiser Chiefs and more. Propaganda has already hosted guest DJ sets from all the biggest names in indie including… Lily Allen, Zane Lowe, Vampire Weekend, Franz Ferdinand, The Fratellis and The Kaiser Chiefs, so they seem to know what they’re doing.

Tomorrow night, Saturday 15th May, they play host to:

“the biggest heavy weight clash since Muhammad Ali vs George Foreman in 1974! - Phantom105.2 will take on Today FM at Propaganda this Saturday 15th of May in the biggest DJ Battle to ever hit Dublin! This ultimate indie-off will have the floor filled and the room heaving all night so get down early!

In the Phantom105.2 corner Michelle Doherty and Derek Ryan will be up against TODAY FM’s Ed Smith - Paul McLoone Show and Pamela Halton - Tony Fenton Show!”
