For those of you who don’t know, JCS is a rock opera/musical about the final week of Jesus’ life, beginning with the preparation for the arrival of Jesus and his disciples in Jerusalem, and ending with the Crucifixion. In the 1970′s, it was hugely controversial and caused uproar from religious groups across the world. Nowadays, it’s known as one of the greatest musicals ever written.
Our interpretation of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical runs from Tuesday 29th March to Saturday 2nd April. The cast includes some extremely talented singers, some fantastic dancers and at least one very attractive Disciple.
Show time is 8pm (with a Matinee at 2.30 on Saturday 2nd) and tickets are just €20.
