Yesterday, very late evening I found myself en route to Dublin City Councils civic offices for the Colaiste Dhulaigh End of Year Show. It was the 2nd student end of year show I’ve been to this year…. the one previous being that of Tipperary Institute’s Pen & Pixel… Back to it. One of the first things I was met with was Leah Kennedy and her knitted paper table…. yes you read that correct 
In the fine art seection of particular interest was Natalie Murphy’s work….
But it doesn’t end there…. On my way round I bumped into Rebecca Kenny who names her fashion label as BK Designs… I know very little zero about fashion and recorded this video of her work
But I met Rebecca after the vid was recorded and got a little more detail from her
Also of interest to me was Suzanne Beatty and her cardboard table [pictured below]. Like Leah’s chair, you wouldn’t think, maybe, to look at it just how much time goes into making something so great look so simple…..
There really was some truly eye opening and amazing minds at work there. These were just some of the other things that I liked.
