Couch Potato – DVDs Out This Week

Rightio! Couch Potato is back like the proverbial bad penny (I know you’ve missed it), and is just as jam-packed full of shiny disc wonder as it’s always been. This glorious sunny weather just can’t last and when it inevitably ends it’s nice to know that there’s something good on TV that you can tune into, without resorting to Fair City.

Animated films are also out of the running as per the decree of the Culchies. Lottie’s Top Five Movie Musicals … There’s more

There’s also another Fright Night reboot/remake/rehash in the works. Not to mention the remade-a-million-times A Christmas Carol - the promo poster is out now. And I’m not done - I mentioned a few days ago that there is another Jekyll movie int he works with Keanu in the title role. Well, it seems it will have a rival. In Jekyll and Hyde, Forrest Whitaker and 50 Cent will take on the title roles. The follow up to Paris, Je t’Aime, set in New York, has finally got a a release date. Role on October 16th for New York, I Love You. Terry Gilliam’s attempts to make The Man Who Killed Don Quixote are now legendary. Plagued by set back after set back, money … There’s more
