In a happy series of events it turns out I’ll be in Belfast this Saturday so will be popping along to Dukefest. Organised by local boy Duke Special, this one day event, curated and headlined by the Duke, will feature many friends and special guests including One Day International, The Magic Numbers, BellX1, Jerry Fish & The Mudbug Club, David Kitt and Panama Kings. While there’s two stages of performers from 3pm at Custom House Square, the Duke will also present a programme of entertainment and street spectacle in the laneways and venues around Custom House Square from 12 noon on the day, with an intimate live performance from the Duke and special guest Julie Feeney.
