The folk at the Carphone Warehouse invited us along to the launch of their new Carphone Warehouse Connected World in Dundrum Town Centre a few weeks back. It’s full of tablets (the techie kind), ‘droid phones what nerds love and loads of other cool gadgets, in fact it’s a rather snazzy place altogether. We recommend dropping in to check the place out, the amount of tech on display gave us a serious case of the wantsies. Here at Culch we enjoying making our impressed face when we hear about a good party and we’re making it right now because the guys in the thinking caps at Smirnoff have come up with the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project. They picked 14 countries to pair up, exchange crates containing ‘the best of their local nightlife’ and have a massive party. Ireland paired up with lovely Argentina – they sent us a crate, we sent them a crate – and excitingly for you, the hour of that party is at hand. They’ve sent us Argentinean goodies including food and drink and their top DJ Elio Riso.
