It’s getting cold outside. The night’s are setting in earlier and earlier. As I left work yesterday it was pitch black – damn you Daylight Savings Time. The long coats are out in force and scarves cease to be a questionable fashion accessory, but are instead a necessity. Finger tips are freezing, begging for gloves, while car windscreens beg for some anti-freeze. There’s no more Summer festivals, no more pleasant outdoor events and barbeques are a distant memory. Nevertheless, there’s plenty to keep us going over the coming months. New TV shows, the Christmas movie season, indie gigs and late nights by the fireside in our local pub. Oh, who am I kidding, can I just hibernate until April?
